The client stopped providing information to the webmaster for website updates several months ago and has ignored all correspondence from the webmaster. Prior to that, the client requested the website administration information but has not returned the necessary paperwork required to do so. The webmaster no longer wanted to handle a “dead” account. On December 23, 2007, the client was served papers stating that the webmaster has resigned from handling their account and again requested a contact to provide the website administration information to. These papers stated that if this paperwork was not received by the webmaster by January 31, 2008, the account would be terminated. As of February 1, 2008, the papers have not been received, nor has the client made any attempt to contact the webmaster.

It seems that the client was just no longer interested in a website.
